Justin is a digital nomad entrepreneur who has traveled and lived abroad in more than 25 different countries. He currently lives in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico with his wife and son where they develop modern and stylish homes in the peaceful jungles of Nayarit, Mexico.
Justin has had a passion for real estate from a young age, in fact, he began investing in real estate in his young 20’s during the Great Financial Crisis. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Washington and being non-practicing CPA he has learned to perfect the multiple ways of investing in real estate.
During his real estate career he has adopted a skill set in negotiating with buyers and sellers, wholesaling lucrative contracts to other investors, fixing n’ flipping single family homes for profit, creating cash flowing investments with short, medium, and long-term rentals, brokering real estate deals for buyers and sellers, and financing notes secured as a first position lien-holder.
